In an appearance on the Diary of a CEO podcast, the British singer candidly discussed the toll fame took on him, admitting, “It was a really severe problem.” Payne recounted how seeing unflattering photos of himself became a turning point, leading him to confront his struggles with alcohol and drug addiction.
