How to make SHAHI MALAI KOFTA

Shahi Malai Kofta



Ingredients

KOFTA

Mawa - 1Cup
Maida- 2 tablespoon
Paneer-1 Cup (Choped)
Cornflor powder- 1/2 Tablespoon small
Cream- 2 Tabls spoon
Cashew- 5 To 10 Piece
GRAVY
Onion- 2
Garlic-5 To 15 Piecs
Ginger-5 Gms
Green chili-2/3
Tamotoes- 5
Dry masala
Salt- As per taste
Red chili-1/2 Tablespoon
Garam masala -1 Table spon
Turmeric powder-1 Tablespoon
Corieander powder- 1 Tablespoon
Cloves-5
Badi ealaychi Powder- 1Tablespoon
catch masala sahi malai kofta masala-1Tablespoon

Now making kofta bolls


Mix maiada in paneer with 1/2 tablespoon cornflor powder ..Making paste gentle n now making bolls fix one cashew in the every boll...Now put the kadahi.on flame..And put some oil in the kadahi for deep fry bolls until brown.


Now making Gravy :)

Now making the paste of onion ,garkic,ginger, green chili .
Now put the kadhai on high flame for hot oil until thr hot oil,then all paste deep fry in the kadhai till brown saprate the oil now mix all dry masala like; Turmeric powder,chilli powder ,coriander powder, now mix tomata pury...garam masala and mix the catch shahi malaicofta masala and mix previously maked cofta bowls now cook five to ten minutes on mediam flame

now mix som cream....


Now is ready our SAHI MALAI KOFA CURRY for surve...With butter stff nan...:))
