The U.S. has hit out at Vietnam for allowing Russian President Vladimir Putin to visit the country between June 19-20. The U.S. embassy in Hanoi rebuked Vietnam, telling it that no country in the world should allow Putin a platform to promote Russia’s aggression in Ukraine.
