iPhone 17 Pro Teardown Video Shows New Vapour Chamber, Explains Reason Behind 'Scratchgate'

The iPhone 17 series was launched at Apple’s ‘Awe Dropping’ event on September 9, and the latest Pro models from the Cupertino-based tech giant have undergone a major redesign. A teardown video for the iPhone 17 Pro gives a glimpse of its internals, including the new vapour chamber, and rate its repairability. The loss of the dual-entry design and the use of multiple types of screws made the self-repair a bit tricky, although battery replacements could become easier than before. from Gadgets 360 https://ift.tt/ctU7Jfi

Indian Railways achieves milestone with successful testing of indigenous Kavach anti-train collision system

Indian Railways achieved a major milestone by successfully testing the indigenous Kavach anti-train collision system. The trial, conducted by the Agra Division of North Central Railway on the Palwal-Mathura section, demonstrated positive results for the braking parameters of the Kavach system. The system, designed to automatically apply brakes in emergencies when the train driver fails to respond promptly, was installed on a WAP-5 semi-high-speed engine. During the trial on January 19, the engine reached a speed of 160 kmph, and the Kavach system autonomously applied brakes, stopping the locomotive 30 meters before a red signal. Currently functional in three sections on a 1,465-km route and in 139 locomotives in South Central Railway, the successful trial marks a significant advancement in railway safety technology.
