BJP delegation meets Telangana Guv over Akbaruddin Owaisi’s appointment as Pro-tem Speaker

Bharatiya Janata Party delegation on December 09 met Telangana Governor Dr Tamilisai Soundararajan at Raj Bhavan in Hyderabad. The delegation submitted a memorandum over the appointment of AIMIM MLA Akbaruddin Owaisi as Pro-tem Speaker of Telangana Assembly. Telangana Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan on December 08 appointed Akbaruddin Owaisi as the Pro-tem Speaker of the state Assembly. The Floor Leader of AIMIM and Chandrayangutta MLA would be the Pro-tem Speaker for the first session of the third Telangana State Legislative Assembly, which is scheduled to begin on Saturday.
