Priyal Gor shares a video message on World Mental Health Day

October 10 is observed as World Mental Health Day. This year’s theme is ‘Mental health is a universal human right.’ The day is observed to raise awareness of mental health issues around the world and to mobilize efforts in support of mental health. She dropped a video on Instagram in which she spoke about the importance of mental health and the journey towards healing. In her note accompanying the video, she extended her support to those who are working tirelessly to break the cycle of mental health challenges, to heal their inner child, and to learn how to regulate their emotions. Priyal Gor’s video message documented the highs and lows of life.
