October 10 is observed as World Mental Health Day. This year’s theme is ‘Mental health is a universal human right.’ The day is observed to raise awareness of mental health issues around the world and to mobilize efforts in support of mental health. She dropped a video on Instagram in which she spoke about the importance of mental health and the journey towards healing.
