Manipur: In major breakthrough, four people arrested for kidnapping and murder of two Meitei students

In a major breakthrough, the Manipur police, along with Indian Army and Assam Rifles team, arrested four people involved in the abduction and murder of two Meitei students Phijam Hemanjit and Hijam Linthoingambi. The arrests were made in Churachandpur district. Announcing the arrests, Manipur CM N Biren Singh called it a huge success.
