Political violence has become characteristic of TMC govt Shehzad Poonawalla on Bengal violence

Reacting to violence reported in West Bengal during the filing of nominations for Panchayat elections, BJP National spokesperson Shehzad Poonawalla on June 18, said that it is unfortunate that West Bengal is now being identified with ‘Bomb Dhamaka.’ He also slammed that political violence has become a characteristic of the TMC government. While speaking to ANI, Shehzad Poonawalla said, “It is the most unfortunate development that the land of West Bengal known for 'Tagore Sangeet' and 'Tagore Geet' is now being identified with 'Bomb Dhamaka'. The law and order situation in West Bengal has gone from bad to worse. There has been not a single instance of an election under the TMC Talibani mindset & culture govt which has gone peacefully without violence. This kind of institutionalization of political violence has become a feature of the TMC govt.”
