With an aim to make the Hajj pilgrimage hassle-free and COVID-free, a special vaccination was held in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir for pilgrims before departing to Mecca for the annual Hajj pilgrimage. The vaccination process is in full swing in all districts of Kashmir Valley to protect pilgrims from any type of infection. Hajj will start on June 7 from Srinagar Haj House, Bemina Srinagar. As per the guidelines of the Indian government, vaccination for pilgrims is very important for the safety of pilgrims from COVID-19 across the world. As responsible citizen, pilgrims have registered and finished the documentation process, and oral and injectable vaccination have been completed in all districts of the valley including Srinagar Haj house free of cost. More than 10,000 pilgrims from Jammu and Kashmir will perform the annual Haj pilgrimage with proper guidelines given by the Haj Committee of India. Pilgrims appreciated the administration of Haj House to arrange vaccination facilities provided by the Department of health services, Kashmir.
