Delhi Services row: Centre files review plea in SC against Constitution Bench judgement

The row over who controls the officers of the Central cadre serving in Delhi continues unabated. After the 5-judge Constitution bench ruled in favour of the AAP govt in Delhi, the Centre brought out an ordinance forming a 3-member panel to decide on service matters. Even as the AAP cried foul, the Centre has also filed a review petition in the Supreme Court, challenging the verdict.
