UP Police issues advisory for Holi, Shab-e-Barat

ADG Law and Order Prashant Kumar on March 07 talked about strict guidelines and police arrangements in Uttar Pradesh for Holi and Shab-e-Barat. ADG said, “For the peaceful conduct of Holi and Shab-e-Barat, guidelines have been issued from the Police Headquarters in all the districts. Proper police arrangements have also been made. The districts of the entire state have been divided into 1160 drones and 3243 sectors.” “In all districts, foot patrolling is being done in areas of mixed population, important markets and identified hotspots under the leadership of senior officers by conducting regular flag marches,” he added.
