ADG Law and Order Prashant Kumar on March 07 talked about strict guidelines and police arrangements in Uttar Pradesh for Holi and Shab-e-Barat. ADG said, “For the peaceful conduct of Holi and Shab-e-Barat, guidelines have been issued from the Police Headquarters in all the districts. Proper police arrangements have also been made.
