In Telangana Governor's speech, barbs for Telangana government and praise for PM

Telangana Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan attacked the BRS government and chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao during her Republic Day speech. "New buildings are not for development. Nation building is for development. All farmers should have houses. Few should not have farmhouses. That is not development," said Soundararajan. CM KCR did not turn up at Raj Bhavan for the ceremony nor did any of his cabinet colleagues. The newly-appointed Chief Secretary was the only representative on behalf of the government.
