Butter Paneer
मक्खनी पनीर
Just tempt your taste buds with these creamy paneer pieces floating in tomato gravy
Ingredients:
250 Gms paneer cuted in cubes
2 Tbs butter
1 Cup tomato puree
1cup onion, ginger , garlic paste
2 Spoon cashewnuts paste
1-1/2 Cup cream
1 Cup tamoto souce
1-1/4 Cup water
1/2 Tbs chili pd
1/2 Tbs garam masala
1/2 Tbs sugar
Salt as per taste
Black peper pd as per taste
Method:
Add butter in a microwave safe bowl.
Melt it at 100% Power for one minute.
Add tamoto puree , garlic paste , tamoto souce , sugar and all dry masalas and after that covered at 100% for 5-6 minute , stir in between .
Add cream , cashews nuts paste 1/2 Cup water and microwave covered at 80% Power 3-4 Minutes
Lastly add paneer pieces and mivered at 80% Power for 2-3 minutes.
Standing time of 2-3 Minutes given .
Garnish with choped coriander , serve hot with nan , paratha, fied rice and papad
