Ingredients
सामग्री:

आलू उबले हुए : 5-10
दही मैशड कीया हुआ 1 Cup
प्याज बारीक कटा 1
हरा घनिया बारीक कटा 1/2 Cup
हरी मिर्च बारीक कटी 2
राई के दाने 1/2 Tbs
कढी पत्ता 2
नमक AS desired
मिर्च as dedired
कस्कूरी मेथी 1/2 Tbs
हल्दी 1/2 Tbs

How to cook Curd patato cury
आलू दही की रेसिपी

सबसे पहले आलू धो कर छील कर उबाल लें

अब एक कढाई में तेल गरम करें

अब इसमें हल्दी, नंमक , मिर्च ,राई के दाने, मेथी के दाने, कढी पत्ता, डाल कर गोलडन ब्राउऩ भून लें

अब उबले आलू के छोटे  छोटे‎ टुकडे डाल कर सारा मसाला इन आलू के टुकड़े‎ के साथ मिला कर भूने ड्राई होने दें

अब पहले से मैश्ड दही डाल कर मिलायेम थोडा सा पानी डाल दें

थोडा पकने दें

अब रोटी के साथ सर्व करें
