How to make louki ki Puri | लौकी की पुरी की विधि । कैसै बनाये लौकी की पुरी



सामग्री Ingredients :- 

आटा - 4 कप

नमक -  As per taste

लौकी कद्दूकस की हुई - 1/2 Kg.

अजवाइन -  आधा चम्मच

हरी मिर्च बारीक कटी हुई - चार

जीरा पाउडर - आधा चम्मच

हरा धनिया बारीक कटा हुआ - एक बड़ा चम्मच

रिफाईन्ड तेल - तलने के लिए

How to make :-

:-  आटे मे कद्दूकस की हुई लौकी मिलाए ।

:-  अब इसमे नमक,अजवाईन,जीरा,,हरी मिर्च और हरा
     धनिया मिलाकर अच्छे से गुंथ ले।

:-  गुंथे आटे को 10 से 15  Minutes के लिए ढककर             छोड़  दें।

:-  अब एक कढ़ाही मे तेल डालकर गर्म करे।

:-  ध्यान दे कि तेल ज्यादा गर्म न हो, वरना पुरी जल                जायेगी।

:-  आटे की लोई से पुरियां बनाले ।

:-  अब गर्म तेल मे पुरीयां डाले, हल्की भूरी होने पर उन्हे          निकाल लें।

:-  शाही पनीर, खीरे या लौकी के रायते से सर्व करें।
