हमें अंडे रोज खाने चाहिए, हम अंडे की अलग  अलग‎ प्रकार का रेसिपी बनाते है , आज हम बना रहे है अंडे के रेप्स एंड रोलस जो बहुत ज्याद Healthy, tasty है।

सामग्री:

अंडे फोड कर मैश किए हुए
रूमाली रोटी
बारीक कटी सब्जिय़ॉ प्याज, टमाटर, हरी धनीया, अदरक, नींबू
काली मिरच
ऩंमक
गरम मसाला
लाल मिरच

अब कढाई मे तेल गरम करके पहले से मैश करके रखे अंड के घोल मे नंमक मिला कर डाल दे आधा पकाए और ऱूमाली रोटी उपर से ढक दे और पकने दे अब रोटी को सीधा कर के प्लेट मे रख कर बारीक कटी पयाज, धनिया,मिरच, अदरक, पर नींबू का रस डाल कर रोल बना कर सर्व करें ।
