सामग्री
पके हुए चावल
बारीक कटी हुई हरी सब्जियॉ- प्याज, धनिया, हरी मिरच, अदरक
नमक
लाल मिरच
गरम मसाला

सबसे पहले चावल मे सारी बारीक कटी सब्जियॉ, नमक, मिरच, मिला कर गोल बॉल शेप के पकोडे बना कर रख लें

अब बेसन का गाढा घोल बना कर नमक, मिरच, हरा धनिया मिला कर फेंट ले

अब सारी पहले बनाई बॉलस को इस बेसन के घोल मे डीप कर के गरम तेल मे Deep fry कर लें

 चावल के क्रिस्पी चटपटे पकौडे  Now is ready for serve , you may serve it with tamoto souce or dhaniya chatni.
