Valentine special ❤ shape chocolate cookies

chocolate lovers के लिए ये बहुत खास Recepie है You may gift it on this valentine day to your velentine

Ingredients

Maida 1 Cup
Egg 1
Choco powder 2 Spoon
baking soda 1/2 Spoon
Salt 1/4 Table spoon
small choped Chocolate pieces  1/2 Cup
butter 1 Cup
Brown sugar 1 Cup



सबसे पहले मैदा, कोको पाउडर, नमक एक बाउल मे डाल कर फैंट लें

अब एक फ्राई पेन मे पानी गरम कर उसमे चाकलेट पाउडर, ब्राउन शूगर,मक्खन डाल कर पिघलने तक चलाऐ

आँच बंद करके मिश्रण को ठंडा होने रख दें

अब इसमे एक अंडा फोड कर फैंच लें


अब पहले बना कर रखे मैदे वाले मिश्रण को इस चाकलेट वाले मिश्रण मे मिला कर गूँथ लें

oven को 350°पर Preheat करें

अब इस पेस्ट की हथेली पर रख कर छोटी छोटी लोई बना लें

अब इन लोई को ❤ heart shape cutter मे रख कर Press करके दबाऐ , इन सब को 💕 heart shape का बना कर बेकिंग ट्रे मे लगाऐ

अब 8-10 Minutes के लिए ओवन मे रख दें

अब इनके Little soft रहने तक इन पर चाकलेट क्रंच, काजू का चूरा लगा दें

अब फिर से इसे ओवन मे बेक करें अब जब ये सख्त हो जाए तो इन्हे बाहार निकाल कर थोडा ठंडा होने दे

अब Valentine special ❤ shape chocolate cookies सर्व करने के लिए तैयार है
