Making time 30 Minutes
Recepie type International Ice cream

Ingredients

Custurd powder बनाने के लिए
Corn flour   1/2 cup
Coco powder 1/2 cup
milk powder 2 Spoon
Sugar powder 1 cup
vanilla  1/2 Spoon
Chocolate custurd 2 Cup
milk   2 Cup
Sugar  1 Cup
Cream 2 Cup

How to cook Custurd

ऊपर सूची मे दी गई सारी सामग्री‎ को मिक्सर मे 1Minute only ज्यादा नही फैंटना है

अब चॉकलेट  Custurd बनाते है

अब बाकी बचे हुए दूध मे चॉकलेट पाउडर मे Custurdमिला कर मिक्स करें

इसे लगातार चलाते रहे

अब फ्रिज मे रख देंं , जमने के बाद से निकाल कर इसमें चीनी, क्रिम मिला कर मिला कर चीनी के घुलने तक फैंटते रहें

अब Ice cream bowls मे भर कर फ्रिज मे रख कर जमा लें

अब दो , तीन घन्टे के बाद फ्रिज से निकाल कर  सर्व करें
