सूजी
मैदा
दही
नमक
मिरच
शिमला मिरच
जीरा
हरी मिरच
अदरक
टमाटर
तेल

विधि:

सारी हरी सब्जियो को बारीक काट लें

अब ब्रेड की चारो कोने काट कर अलग कर लें
अब इन ब्रेड मे मैदा, ,दही, सूजी मिला कर स्मूद पेसट बना लें
अब इसमे बारीक कटी हरी सबजियां डाल कप मिक्स करें

अब Non sticky तवे पर हलका तेल लगा कर चिले की तरह कुरकुरे होने तक तल ले

ब्रेड उतपम  तैयार है TAmoto chili souce के साथ सर्व करें
