चटपटी पापडी मसालेदार चाट

हम खाने के साथ पापड खाना बहुत पसंद करते है, ये बहुत लजिज भी लगती है , लेकिन हर बार पापड का एक ही स्वाद बोर करता है तो फिर क्यो न एक नई रेसिपी बनाए जो सब के मन को भाए

सामग्री:
पापड
खीरा
प्याज
हरी मिर्च
टमाटर
हरा धनिया
नींबू
नमक
गरम मसाला
चाट मसाला

 विधि:

सबसे पहले पापड को गैस पर दोनो तरफ से करारा सेक लें
उसके चार पीस कर लें
अब सारी सब्जीयो को बारीक काट लें
अब बारीक कटी स्बजियों को मिला कर नमक, मिर्च, नींबू डाल कर मिक्स करें
अब पापड के पीसेस पर ये बारीक  कटी मसाले दार सब्जियो को डाल कर सर्व करें
य पापडी चाट तैयार है।
