Ingrediants

Pineapple pulp
Sugar
Pineapple colour
Pineapple assence

pineapple 🍍को छील कर साफ कर लें

छोटे छोटे टुकडे काट लें

अब इसे पकने के लिऐ धीमी गैस पर रख दें

अब जब ये गलने लगे ,इसमें चीनी मिलाऐ

पल्प गाढा होने तक पकाऐ

प्लेट टेस्ट करें ( जब इसकी बूंद प्लेट पर जमने लगे तब तक पकाऐ)

अब गैस से उतार कर इसमे Pine apple colour, assence मिला कर मिक्स करें

अब ठन्डा होने के बाद काँच के जार में भर कर रख दें
