How to make papaya shek

Ingrediants

Papaya    : 2 kgs
Sugar      : 1 Kgs powder
Cherry     : 100 Gms
Ice crushed: 200 Gms

Now cut the papaya in small pieces
Now mash papaya piece with sugar powder

now mix crushed ice in the pulp and mashed again in the mixer

Now garnish with dried  🍒 cherry

Now papaya shek is ready for serve
