How to cook MATAR PANEER KORMA

Ingrediants

Paneer
Green matar
Mawa (Fresh milk mawa)
Cream (Amul)
Cheswes

For Gravy
Tamoto
Ginger
Garlic
Green chili
Green dhaniya leaves
Onion

Turmeric powder
Salt powder
Paneer korma masala
Garam masala

How to cook:
Lets start with me step by step😃

👉 पनीर को कद्दूकस कर के रखें।
👉प्याज,अदरक,हरी मिर्च , लहसन को बारीक पीस कर पेस्ट बनाए।
👉 टमाटर काट कर रखें।
👉हरी मटर को छील कर दाने निकाल कर रखें।
👉काजू  भून कर रखें।
👉 कढाई मे मक्खन  गर्म करें, तेज गर्म होने पर इसमे पीस कर रखा गया मसाला डाल कर ब्राउन होने तक भूनें,  अब इसमे कटे टमाटर डाल कर ड्राई होने तक भूनें, अब इसंे पहले से छील कर रखे मटर के दानें भी डाल दें।
👉हल्दी, मिर्च, गरम मसाला, पनीर कोरमा मसाला डाल कर भूने।
👉अब इसमें मावा डाल कर भूनें , कद्दूकस किया पनीर भी डाल कर भूनें ।
👉अब  इसमें अमूल क्रीम मिला कर थोडी  देर पकने दें।
👉 पहले भून कर रखे काजू ऊपर बनाई गई ग्रेवी मे डाल कर पकनें दें।
