Katti rolls is an chianease delecius dish
It is heslthy yummy foods, you can make it for breakfast , tiffin boxes cause every one love to eat it.

Katti roll make by all healthy  foods ingrediants.

Ingrediants

Maida Flour 1/2 Kgs
Mashrooms fresh 250 Gms
Garlic
Carrats
Capsicum
Onion
धनिया
Salt
Black peper
Garm masala


How to cook Mashrooms Katti Rolls

crushed mashrooms

Capsicum,onion को बारीक काट लें।

ऐक फ्राई  पेन में तेल गरम करे,उसमें
crushed mashrooms को फ्राई करें

Now mix salt,chili,black peper,garam masala ,now fry till then golden browen and soft.

Green choped vegetable डाल कर Golden browen भूने,।

अब मैदे को गूंथ कर रख लें।

अब इस की लोई बनाकर ऐक बडे अकार की रोटी बनाऐ।

अब इसे तवे पर अक तरफ से सेक ले, एक तरफ से हल्का सेके।

अब इसे तवे से उतार कर इस पर पहले से बना कर रखी अब पहले बनाया गया Mashrooms  masala फैला कर बिछा दें
अब इसका रोल बनाऐ

काटी रोल तैयार है, इसे Tamoto ,chili souce के साथ सर्व करें

इसे आसानी से Pack करके Tiffin मे रख कर School,office,picnic spot पर ले जाया जा सकता है
