सामग्री

काले चने:250Gms
पनीर:50Gms
आलू:2 Choped
प्याज:1Choped
धऩिया: Choped
अदरक:Choped
टमाटर:1 Chooped
नींबू: 2 Table spoon
काला नमक: As desired
काली मिर्च:1/2 Table spoon
चाट मसाला:2 Table spoon

विधि:

काले चने के साफ करके उबाल कर रखें।
पनीर के छोटे टुकडे काट कर रखें।
आलू को उबाल कर छील कर छोटे टुकडो मे काट लेंष
प्याज, धऩिया  ,अदरक,  टमाटर को बारीक काट कर रखें

अब ऐक बडे बर्तन मे सारी सामग्री के अच्छी तरह से मिलाऐ

अब इसमें काला नमक,काली मिर्च पाउडर,नींबू,चाट मसाला मिलाकर सर्व करें।😃👌
