सरसों के तेल मे खाना बनाते समय सावधानी

सरसों के तेल मे खाना बनाते समय ,सरसौं के तेल को गरम करते समय उसे बहुत तेज गरम करने के बाद उसमे नमक डाल दे और थोङी देर पकने दें ।
इसके बाद उसमे खाना पकाऐ इससे खाने मे सरसौ के तेल की बदबू कभी नही आऐगी और खाना भी स्वादिष्ट और पौष्टिक बनेगा।
