RANGOLI DEWALI SPACIAL

INGREDIENTS

 Rangoli  is a traditional Indian sand -painted design often seen during Dewali ,the indian festival of lights. Historical created on floors inside and outside of home , Rangoli can be made in a wide variety of designs , sizes and materials . Whether you are looking  for a fun activity to do with kida or making decoration to celebration Dewali , Rangoli can be enjoyed by beginners    

and experienced artists alike .

Choose the design - you may choose traditional design like God animals Gods of goddness like laxmi hanesh ji , who is traditional honored during deewali.

Flowers such as lotus are very popular Rangoli  , some other traditional are Fish, peacock, swans Dears Elephant etc .

You can also buy ready - made stencil to make the applications even easier or you can make own

Decide where you draw Rangoli- you can draw it on flat , dry floor inside or

inside or outside of your home, or you can draw on the paper to desplay anywhere.

Sketch the design outline on paper - you may use a pencil and eraser to practice drawing the ouline of Rangoli on the black and white paper.

Draw your design outline in chalk on the floor - Draw a basic outline on the floor or whereever you are creating your Rangoli . Draw the Rangoli outline thin or light.

Create and adgesive surface if you are using black paper

Give dimension to your outline with a white , textured material .

Choose the material you will use to fill in your design .

Fill the inside of your Rangoli with your chosen material .

Mix different texture and colours in your design.

ADD THE FINAL TOUCH . place some candles , divas clay port flattens around your finished Rangoli   to light up your design.
