RED CHILE  KASHMIRI FRESH - 1 KGS

CUT ONE SIDE CENTER FOR FILL UP THE MASALA

6-7 DAYS DRY NATURALLY

SALT AS REQUIRED
AMCHOOR  POWDER - 250 GMS
SOUF POWDER - 250 GMS
RAI POWDER - 100 GRAMS
METHI PODWER 10 GMS
RED CHILI- 50 GMS
GARAM MASALA POWDER 10 GMS
OIL -  MUSTARD OIL

NOW MIX ALL INGREDIENTS IN THE NEAT AND CLEAN DRY BOWL  , MIX OIL

NOW VERY CAREFULLY, CAUSE SOME ITCHING PROBLEM IN YOUR HAND AFTER THAT SO YOU CAN TRY WITH GLOVES IN YOUR HAND,




  FILL ALL PREVIOUSLY CUT RED CHILI  WITH MASALA
