A police investigation, as per a report in Haaretz, claims that while engaging with Hamas terrorists in Re'im, the location of the Nova music festival packed with youngsters, Israel military choppers also ended up shooting some attendees of the music festival. The story was first reported by Israeli newspaper Haaretz and later quoted by many other media outlets. The Haaretz story quotes a police source saying that the combat helicopter that arrived from Ramat David base, fired at Hamas but also ended up firing at music goers attending the festival.
