Curd chili is very delecius yummy recepie.It is Indian punjabi veg recepie.
Curd is a really good food for health, it make us healthy and strong to our internal nerve system. It improve strong our immunity power. So should include curd in our daily diet chart. We knows lots of recepies which made by curd like curd rayta, curd patato rayta, curd fruit, masala curd etc , anyways we are making here new and different latest recepie . Children really like to eat it.

Curd : 500Gms
capsicum (Shimla mirch) 2
Patato 1 boiled
Tamato 2
Onion 1
Green dhaniaya leaves
Turmeric
Garam masala
Kala namak
mustured oil
How to cook for kids Curd chilli
Gentelly mashed curd in the bowl.
Chopped the capsicum (green shimla chilli )after washed gentelly.
Chopped the onion, green dhania leaves, tomato
Now 2 table spoon mustured oil warm in the non sticky fry pen
Now mix turmeric salt, jeera, turmeric, onion till theb golden brown, after that mix cutted tomatoes till then little dry after that mix boiled patato and green dhaniya leaves and fried after that mix capsicum (green shimla) and mix 1/2 Cup water and close with plate for make boil.
After that fry it till then dry .
after that close the gas and take cool place for 5 - 10 Minutes
After that mix mashed curd in the chili masala with kala namak , black pepper powder, red chili powder, garam masala.
Now curd chili is ready for serve to eat you may try it in lunch or dinner.
It is easy to cook .
