Ingrediants :
Meggi - 2 packet
Bread - 6 Sliced
Refiend oil - For Deep fry
Meggi masala - 1 Tablespoon
Basan - 2 Cup
Salt - As per taste
Jeera - 1/2 Tablespoon
Ajeenomoto - 10 Gms.
Onion - 1
How to cook :
Make meggi in butter with onion, ajeenomoto
after that put basan in the bowl , mix salt , jeera , dhaniya leaves
After that bread cut in the for piece
Warm refiend in the non sticky fry pen
After that one table spoon maggi in the fill between two pieces of bread
Now deep in the basan liquid and fry till golden brown and crispy.
Really try it , it is really crispy delecious recepie for kids
