आपने बहुत चाट मसाले खाये होंगें , लेकिन आपने एसा चटपटा चाट मसाला कभी नही खाया होगा।
जैसे मेरी हर रेसिपी Healthy and tasty होती है तो ये ं मसाला भी Health full and tasty है

ये भूख‎ बढाता है
ये पाचक चूर्ण भी है

ये बनाने मे बहुत आसान है ,और बहुत जल्दी बन जाता है

Ingradiants:

जीरा 100Gm
काली मिरच 2Tbs
काला नमक 50 Gm
आमचूर 50Gm
हिंग 10Gm
बूरा 2 Tbs

How to cook for kids

एक फ्राई पेन गरम कर ले
अब इसमे जीरा , काली मिरच गोल्डन ब्राउन भून लें
अब इसका बारीक पॉडर बना लें
अब इसमें काला नमक, आमचूर, बूरा
उपर बताया गया मात्रा मे मिला कर Air tight pack box में भर लें

ये Fruit chaat , salad, rayta, paneer chaat , शकरकंद की चाट (ये रेसिपी देखने के लिए मेरी Website के Recepie chart मे search करे)  में डाल कर खायें ये स्वाद कभी नही भूल पायेंगें जरूर ट्राई करें
