Masala Aloo Bhaji
Masala aloo bhaji is delecius Indian healthy food recepie , children mostly love it cause it is very tasty , house wives is really like it cause this healthy food made in short time, they made this recepie breakfast , lunch or made for tiffin box.
So lets come make it delecius healthy food for children
Ingredients
1/2 Cup patatoes cuted into small pieces
1/2 tbs jeera
1/2 Tbs coriender pd
1 Tbs fennel seeds souf
1Tbs fenugreek methi
1 Tbs red chili
A pinch of asafoetida hing
1/2 Tbs garam masala pd
1/2 Haldi pd
1Tbs oil
1Cup water
1/2 Tbs kasoori methi
SAlt as per taste
Black peper as per taste
Method
In a microwave safe bowl add oil and heat at 100% For one min
Add all dry masalas , salt , etc and microwave covered at 80% for 2-3 Min stir in between
Add chopped patatoes and water and mix it covered it 100% For 8-10 Min it well .Micriwave covered at 100% for 8-10 Minutes stir in between standing time of 5 Minutes to be given before serving.
