Branjil recepie| बैंगन की चटपटी सब्जी | बैंगन करी | बैंगन का भरता


Ingredients:

Brinjal large 1
Garlic flakes 3
Coriander choped 1 Tbs
green chili
Mint leaves 1 Cup
Peanut crushed  1 Cup
sesame seeds roasted 1 Tbs
Oil 2Tbs
black peper pd as desired
Salt as taste

Method:

Grease the brinjal and poke it with a knife lightly

Microwave at 100% Power for 5 Minutes

Peel the skin and mash the brinjal ,add crushed garlic , chili, mint,and salt and mash well

Add oil ,pepper, lemon, peanuts half choped coriander , half sesame seeds and mix well

Transfer to a microwave safe bowl & microwave for five minutes

Garnish with coriander and roasted sesame before serving.
