Ingredients
Carrots:2 Chopped
Ghia 1/2 Bottle ground chopped
Coulfliwer small : 1+ 1/2 Chopped
15French beans chopped
2 Tbs oil
2 Tbs pao bhaji masala
4 Tbs tamoto putry
1/4 Garam masala
4-6 Buns pao
4Tbs butter
Salt and chilli powder : As taste
4 Tbs : onion, garlic paste
Green ciriander leaves and onion rings for garnishing
1/2 Peas boiled for garnishing.
How to cook Pao Bhaji
In a microwave safe bowl add all chopped vegetables with 1/2 Cup water. Microwave covered at 100% Power for 9-10 till tender
Allow to stand for 5 Min . blend in a blender.
Add oil , onion , garluc paste in a micriwave safe dish and microwave for 3 min at 100% Power .
Stir in between
Add tamoto puree , salt , dry masalas and microwave for 4 Min. at 100% Power.
After that mix blended vegetables to it and microwave covered for 3-4 Min. 80% power keep covered.
Take buns and slit in between rub a little butter on both side , place them on tissue pepper and microwave for 3 Min. at 30% Power.
Garnish bhaji with previously boiled peas, coriander leaves serve hot.
