This is Muglai recepie, now it is famous in Arabic countries and Indian punjabi people are really like and love to cook and eat it .
Cause it is very healthful and easy to microwave.

Ingradients:


500Gm minced meat keema
1 Cup piece
1 Cup onion finely chopped
1 Cup tamoto pury
1Tbs cusmin seeds jeera
2 Spoon garlic onion paste
1/2 Tbs chilli powder
1/2 Garam masala powder
2 Tbs curd
1 Tbs oil
Salt as desired
Black pepper add to taste

How to Keema Matar recepie


Microwave oil and spices for 1 Min. at 100% Power in a microwave safe bowl.

Add onion , ginger, garlic paste and microwave for 4 Min. @100% Power.

Mix tamoto pury and peas and mucrowave for 6-7 Min. @100% , Stir in between lastly , add minced meat and curd and microwave covered for 4-5 Min. @80% Power , stir in between .

Allow to stand for 5 Min.  Serve hot with naan and pratha or butter rotti.
