Ingradients:


Chicken 100Gm🍖
Onion 1 Chopped
Mushrooms 4 Piece chopped
Chilli garlic souce1Tbs
Sugar1/2
egg white 1(whishked)
Red chilli one chopped
vinegar 1Tbs

Butter :1 Tbs
Finely choped garlic :1 Tbs


Corn flour 2 Tbs
Coriander 2Tbs
Water 3 Cup
Salt as desired
Black pepper
white cream 1Tbs

How to cook Chicken chilly Soup

In  a deep bowl take all the ingredients the corn flour with about eight cups of water and cook covered on medium power of 60% for 16 Min.

In a small bowl , mix the corn flour with some tablespoon of the chicken stock well and cook on high mode for 30 Min.

Add then this to the soup and cook on high fir 3 Min and serve hot

           Chicken chilly Soup     is ready for serve now garnish it with chopped coriander , serve with croutons and fresh cream.
