Ingredients:
1 Cup Soya chunks balls deeped 30Mins. in warm water
1 Capsicum Cutted in small pieces
Onion galrlic ginger paste 2Tbs
Ajino moto1Tbs
Vineger 1/2 Tbs
SAlt
Black pepper powder as desired
Oil 2 Tbs
Garam masala 1/2 Tbs
Chilli flags5-6
Tamoto chilli souce1-2 Tbs
Mozeralla chease2 Tbs
How to cook Capsicum Soya Chunks
Warm oil in the non stickg fry pen on the slow gas flame
now add zeera, salt, and garlic,ginger,onion paste, add little turmeric powder ,garam masala, and fry it till then golden browen and separate the masala from oil
After that add add previously golden browen fried soya chunks and pieces of capsicum
And cook it with 1/4 Cup water 5 Min.
After that mix ajinomoto , venigar, black pepper
Mix properly
Now mix 1 tbs tamoto chilli souce , Mozerela chease.
After that take in microwave for 5 Min @ 80% Power.
Now it is ready for server , you may serve it nan, fried rice.
