गर्मियों के मौसम मे रोज आईसक्रिम खाना पसंद करते है , आप ने कई तरह की आईसक्रिम खाई होगी लेकिन क्या आपने तरबूज की आईसक्रिम घर पर बनाई‎ है ये बहुत ही आसान है ।

सामग्री:

बीज निकला हुआ तरबूज का रस 3-4 Cup
फ्रेश क्रिम 5 Cup
बूरा 1/2 Kg
वनीला आईसक्रिम  4Cup
दूध‎ 2Cup
काजू बारीक कटा 1/2 Cup
पिस्ता बारीक कटा 1/2 Cup
खरबूजे की गिरी 1/4 Cup

विधि:

फ्रेश क्रिम मे ताजा बिना बीज का तरबूज का रस , बूरा (चीनी पॉडर), दूध‎ मिला कर फैट लें

अब इसमे वनिला क्रिम , बारीक कटे काजू ,पिस्ता डाल कर मिक्स कर ले , एक बार फिर फैंट लें

अब इसे फ्रिजनर मे रख कर जमने दें , फिर निकाल कर फैट दें

ये प्रक्रिया तीन से चार बार दोहराये

इसके बाद इसे आईसक्रिम बॉउलस मे डाल कर सात से आठ घंटो के लिए फ्रिजनर मे रख दें

अब ये सात आठ घंटे बाद जम कर तैयार निकलेगी सर्व करें
