Clams एक प्रकार का घोंघा 200 Gms
20 Mashrooms

How to cook

Sea foods noodels at home

20 मिनट उबलते पानी मे नूडल्स पका कर पानी निकाल कर अलग कर लें , पकते हुए पानी मे आधा चम्मच सूरजमुखी का  तेल व चुटकी भर नमक डाल दें ताकी नूडल्स आपस मे न चिपके और हल्के से नमकीन हो जाये

एक बर्तन मे क्लैंप के खुलने तक क्लैंप को पकाये 

अब एक फ्राई पेन मे तेल गरम कर के झींगे फ्राई कर लें

अब बारीक कटी  हरी प्याज, अंकुरीत सेम, मशरूमस, समुद्री शैवाल डाल कर  फ्राई कर लें

अब इसमें नूडल्स , सोया सोस, फ्राइड क्लैंप, डाल कर मिक्स करें

बनीटो फ्लैक्स , हरी प्याज डाल कर थोडी देर पकने दें
