प्याज
मैदा
लाल मिर्च
टमॉटो सॉस
चीली सॉस
सॉडा खाने वाला
नमक

विधि:


सबसे पहले प्याज को गोल रिंग की शेप  मे काट कर रख लें

अब एक कटोरे मे मैदा, टमॉटो सॉस, चीली सॉस , सॉडा, नमक , मिर्च, मिला कर गाढा घोल बना लें

अब प्याज के छल्लो को डीप कर के गरम तेल मे गोल्डन ब्राउन तल लें।

चाय , कॉफी , टमॉटो सॉस के साथ सर्व करें ।
