Egg butter masala

Ingredients:

Butter- 200 Gms
Cream - 50 Gm
Eggs Boiled  Fried 6
Garlic,onion ,ginger paste 1 Cup
Salt as desired
Tamatos 3-4 Choped or purry
Black peper 1/2 Tbs
Garam masala 1/2 Tbs
Red chili 1/2 Tbs
kaju 10-15

सबसे पहले बटर को एक पेन मे गरम करें
अब इसमें लहसुन , प्याज , अदरक का पेस्ट डाल कर हल्की आंच पर भूनें
अब जब ये ड्राई हो जाय को टमाटर डाल कर फिर भूनें
अब इसमें हल्दी, नमक, मिर्च, गरम मसाला, अंडा करी मसाला , जीरा पॉडर, धनिया पॉडर, डाल कर भूनें

अब थोडा पानी डाल कर ग्रेवी बनाये

अब इस ग्रेवी में Boiled fried eggs डाल कर पकने दें

जब ये पकते पकते गाढा हो जाय तो क्रिम , बटर ,काजू से गार्निश करें

नान, चावल‎,पापड, के साथ सर्व करें
