हम अक्सर महंगे रेंसतरां होटलस मे जाते रहते है और वहां जा कर कॉफी जरूर पीते है जिसका स्वाद हमें बेहद पसंद आता है और ये झाग वाली होती है ज ो हमें बहुत पसंद आती है लेकिन ये कॉफी हम रोज रोज नही पी सकते कयोकी महंगी होती है और हम एसे रेस्टॉरेन्ट होटलस  मे रोज रोज कहां जा पाते है इसलिए एसी कॉफी क्यो न घर पर बनायी जाय ।

How to cook 5 Star hotel जैसी झाग वाली कॉफी at home

Ingredients
सामग्री:


Milk 1 Kg
Water 2 Cup
Sugar 4 Tbs
Coffee powder 2 -4 Tbs
coffee powtch 2-3
Sake bottle

विधि:
सबसे पहले  दूध गरम कर लें

बॉटल मे गरम पानी डाल कर , शक्कर, कॉफी के पॉउच, डाल कर शेक करें

5-10 Min shake करने के बाद इसमे झाग बन जाएगें

शेक वाली झाग से मग मे डाले

अब मग मे गरम दूध‎ डाल गें , गरम दूध‎ डालते ही झाग उपर आ जाएगें

अब चॉकलेट चिप्स, पॉडर ,से गार्निश करें

चॉकलेट सिरप की पतली पॉइन्ट वाली किप से fans झाग के उपर Heart shape , अपने नाम का Alphabate बना कर Garnish करके सर्व करें
