Sweet 🌽 corn soup


सामग्री:

Sweet Corn  🌽 1/2 Cup

Carret गाजर  1/2 Cup

French beens Choped 1 Cup

Garlic 4-5 kali crushed

Green onion 1/2 Cup choped

Salt as desired

Black peper 1/2 Table spoon

Vinegar white 1/2 Table spoon

Butter

Corn starch

विधि:

सबसे पहले  corn 🌽 को आधा कप पानी डाल कर उबालें

अब एक चम्मच Corn  🌽 को अलग रख ले , बाकी बचे हुए को एक चौथाई पानी डाल कर ग्राइंड कर लें

अब एक फ्राई पेन मे Butter डाल कर गरम होने तक भूनें

बारीक कटी हुई हरी व सफेद दोनो प्रकार का प्याज डालें

भूनते रहें

अब पहले से काट कर रखी हरी  सब्जियां डालें, एक चम्मच Corn  🌽 डालें भूनतें रहें

एक चम्मच Corn  🌽 paste डालें

औऱ 15- 20 Second तक भूनें

अब आँच धीमी कर के 1- 1/2 Cup पानी डाल कर चलाएें

अब 1 /2 Corn  🌽 starch को 2 Table spoon पानी मिला कर घोल बनाए

जो सूप पक रहा है , उबाल आने के बाद ये घोल उसमें डाल कर चम्मच से चलायें

अब पकने दें

अब  नमक, काली मिर्च पॉडर , सफेद सिरका डालें

2 मिनट तक पकायें

अब बॉउल मे डाल कर बारीक कटी हरी प्याज, सफेद क्रिम , उबले Corn  🌽 के दाने डाल कर सर्व करें।
