This oatmeal porridge is the full of nutritious diet along with fried eggs it combination will make your break fast full nutritious and healthy and full of energy whole day.
Ingredients:
200 gram oat meal
30 gram cherry tammaoto
20 gram zucchini
20 gram bell peper
20 gram yellow squash
1-2 gram mustard sheets
10 gram ginger
a few curry leaves
30 ml clarified butter
2 nos eggs
salt as required
3-4 gram crushed peper
as required vegetable peper
How to cook Oat Meal Porridge with Fried Eggs RECEPIE
First put the fry pen on the slow flame on heat , and dry the oats till golden brown
after that remove aside and let it cool
cut the tamato and all vegetables in small pieces
in a pen take 30 ml clarified butter , soute the vegetables and chery tamoto after that remove aside
after that heat butter in tha pen cracked the musterd seeds , curry p patta , and mix drushed ginger
afeter that mix the previously dry roasted oats in to the pen . after that let it cook for 5-10 minutes
now it porridge is thickened add the sauteed vegetable to it and serve with fried eggs
now serve it ready your healthy , nutritious diet .
