patato 1 Kgs

Butter 80Gram


Badam 50Gram


Coconut powder 100 Gram

Black peper powder 1/2 Table spoon

Salt As desired by u

How to make

विधि:

आलू को छील कर छोटे टुकडो मे काट लें

अब आलू को पानी मे डाल कर उबाल लें

जब आलू उबल जाए तो पाना से निकाल कर अलग कर लें

अब फ्राई पेन मे मक्खऩ गरम करें

कम आँच पर इस मक्खऩ मे उबले आलू डाल कर भूनें

अब इसमे कॉकोनट पॉडर , काली मिर्च पॉडर, नमक डाल कर अच्छी तरह से मिलाये

अब इऩ कॉकोनट पटैटो को काजू, बदाम स् गार्निश कर के सर्व करें।
