Ingredients
Mashrooms - 500 Gms
Garlic - Paste 2 Table spoon
Onion - Paste 2 Table spoon
Ginger - Paste 2 Table spoon
salt - As desired
Ajino moto - 1/2 Table spoon
Cornflour - 3-4 Table spoon
Maida flour - 4 Table spoon
Soya souce - 3-4 Spoon
Tamoto souce - 5-6 Spoon
Chili souce - 3-4 Spoon
Weniger 1 Spoon
How to cook
Now properly wash to Mashrooms and cut into small pieces
Now mix properly maida flour, cornflour, ajinomoto salt,ginger, garlic ,onion paste and mashed it by spoon
Now warm olive oil in the non sticky fry pen
Deeped all previously cuted pieces of mashrooms in the made masala paste
Now all deeped mashroom pieces fry into the warm oil till then golden brown
Lets come making gravy
Now mix soya souce, tamoto souce, chili souce, salt, ajinomoto, weniger , cornflour ,little maida
Now it mix gently and cook it slow flame on the gass 10 Minutes till then it plate test cause we can use it coating on the fried mashrooms
after that deeped all fried mashrooms in the gravy and garnish it with choped coriender leaves

मशरूम मनचूरियन is ready for serve with fried rice or nan, kulche
