अंडे के कुरकुरे पकोडे
Egg crispy spicy pkode snacks

हमने कई प्रकार के पकोडे खाए है, लेकीन क्या आप ने अंडे का कुरकुरे चटपटे पकोडे खाए है।
अगर नही खाए है तो देर किस बात की है आज ही ये रेसिपी बनाइये ,घर मे सभी को पसंद आयेगी

सामग्री:

अंडे
मसाले: नमक, मिर्च, गरम मसाला, काली मिर्च पाउडर,
बेसन
बीरीक कटी प्याज,हरा धनिया

विधि:
एक बर्तन लें , उसमें बेसन का गाढा घोल बनाए
अब इस घोल में सारे मसाले मिलाकर फेंट लें
अब इसमे बारीक कटी प्याज,धनिया, मिला कर फेंट लें
अब इस घोल मे एक अंडा फोड कर फेंट कर अच्छी तरह से मिक्स कर लें

अब अंडे उबाल कर छिल लें
अब अंडो को दो पीस मे काट लें
अब कढाई मे तेल गरम कर के ,इन अंडो के  टुकड़े‎ को बेसन के मसाले मे डीप कर के तल लें
इन्हे Golden browen होने तक तल लें

अब इन्हे Tussue paper  पर निकाल लें ताकि अतिरिक्त तेल Tissue paper absorve कर ले

अब अंडे के Crispy ,spicy ,,पकोडे तैयार है।                 tamoto Souce , हरे धनिए की चटपटी चटनी के साथ सर्व करें
