COCOA POWDER -2 TB
SALT AS REQUIRED
TAKE A LARGE BOWL AND WHISK BUTTER WITH SUGER FOR AFEW SECOND USING AN ELECTRIC BEATER .
TILL IS GETS LIGHT AND FLUFFY . BEAT EGGS IN ADIFFERENT BOWLKK TILL IT BECOMES YELLOW AND CREAMY. THEN ADD THIS CREAMY EGG MIXURE IN THE BUTTER SUGAR BOWL AND MIX PROPERLY .
ALSO ADD VANILLA EXTRACT AND MIX THE INGREDIENTS PROPERLY , TAKE ANOTHER BOWL AND ADD ALL PURPOSE FLOUR IN IT.
NOW ADD COCOA POWDER AND BAKING SODA IN THE BOWL FLOUR AND MIX SALT ALSO AND AGAIN MIX PROPERLY , ADD BUTTER EGG IN THE FLOUR BOWL AND WHISK WELL NOW ADD CHOCOLATE CHIPS IN THE MIXTURE AND MIX IT ALL PROPERLY .
NOW PRE HEAT THE OVEN @ 350 DEGREE FAHRENHEIT .TAK A BAKING SHEET AND PUT A SPOONFUL OF CREAMED MIXTURE UPTO THE BAKING SHEET .
PLACE THE BAKING SHEET IN THE OVEN AND TAKE FO ABOUT 10 MINTS THEN IT WILL BE DONE TAKE ALL COOKIES OUT AND LET ALL COOKIES COOL AT ROOM TEMP.
AFTER THAT MIX CHOCOLATE POWDER IN THE MILK AND BUTTER MAKE TIGHT LIQUID AND DEEP PREVIOUSLY MADE COOKIES AND TAKE IN COOL PLACE FOR SOME TIME TILL THEN DRY
NOW OUR CHOCOLATE COOKIES IS READY FOR SERVE WITH COFFEE , MILK AND TEA:))))
